01 Renovations Whole houses, extensions and loft conversions. We'll take on a place that needs everything doing and hand it back finished. →
02 Electrics Rewires, fuse boards, extra sockets, lighting and landlord certificates. NAPIT registered, so it's all signed off properly. →
03 Carpentry Garden rooms and summer houses built on site. Stairs, doors, skirting, architrave and panelling inside the house. →
04 Kitchens We'll supply and fit one, or fit the one you've already bought. Tiling, flooring, appliances and electrics included. →
05 Bathrooms Wet rooms, en-suites, family bathrooms and cloakrooms. There's usually more you can fit in than you'd think. →
06 For investors We find properties, do them up and then run them for you, as a long let or as serviced accommodation. →

Where do you work?
We're in Colchester and work across Essex. That includes Chelmsford, Braintree, Witham, Clacton, Halstead, Maldon, Tiptree, Wivenhoe, Coggeshall and Kelvedon. If you're not sure, give us a ring and ask.
Will you do small jobs?
Yes. Plenty of our work is one bathroom, a kitchen, a few extra sockets or a set of doors. Nothing is too small to quote for.
Are you qualified for the electrics?
Yes. We're NAPIT registered, Part P qualified and 18th Edition compliant, so the work meets the current wiring regulations. Anything that needs notifying gets notified, and you get the certificate.
How do you price a job?
We come and look at it. Then you get a written quote broken down by stage so you can see where the money is going. The visit is free and you're not committing to anything.
Can you work on an empty property?
Yes, and they're the jobs we get the most done on. Nothing to work around means we're quicker, so the same work comes in cheaper than it would with someone living there. We'll hold the keys and send photos through as we go.
How long does a renovation take?
It depends on the size and what we find once we start. A two-bedroom house is usually four to eight weeks. You'll get a timeline with your quote and we'll tell you early if anything changes.
