We work with landlords and property investors across the country, offering sourcing, full refurbishment and ongoing management.
Because we carry out the building work ourselves, any property we source comes with an accurate refurbishment cost from the outset. Once the work is complete we can manage it as a long let or as serviced accommodation.

From the first phone call to it being let
We have a chat
What you're trying to get out of it, what you've got to spend, and how involved you want to be. A long let and a holiday let are very different jobs, so it's worth working that out first.
We find you something
On the market, off it, or at auction. Every one comes with a proper refurb cost attached, because we're the ones who'd be doing the work.
You buy it
Your solicitor handles the purchase. We stay on the end of the phone for the practical side.
We do it up
All our own trades, photos sent over as we go. We'll flag anything that would lift the return, like an en-suite in the second bedroom or a layout change that gets you another one.
We run it
Long let or serviced accommodation, and not only in Essex. You're not the one getting the phone call at half nine on a Sunday.

Empty properties done from top to bottom. Auction buys, probate sales and tired rentals between tenants. One firm, one price and one finish date.
Sourcing
Finding you something worth buying around Colchester and Essex. On the market, off it and at auction, with a real refurb figure attached from the start.
Buy-to-let management
Finding and referencing tenants, collecting the rent, inspections, and keeping the gas and electrical certificates in date. Repairs get done by the people who did the refurb.
Serviced accommodation
Seven years of short lets and corporate stays, and we're Superhost rated with the guest scores behind it. Furnishing, photos, listings, messaging, cleaning and pricing. The property gets looked after as well as the bookings.

Get it priced before you commit
The dear mistakes get made before anyone picks up a tool.
A place that looks like a paint job can need a roof, a rewire and new drains. One that looks like a disaster is sometimes a fortnight and a skip.
Get it priced first. If the numbers don't work we'll say so.
